Eddie and Ves are the life, laughter and founders of Fitrme. Together with their team of trainers, they provide expertise in rehab, functional movement, resistance training and body transformation for clients from Williamstown to Werribee and Caroline Springs to Point Cook.

So whether you’re recovering from an injury, seeking to improve your fitness level, or looking for specialised support, they’re here to help you every step of the way.

One of our core passions is assisting clients in overcoming injuries and improving their movement patterns. We ensure that you move better and perform exercises with proper form, reducing the risk of further injury and enhancing your overall performance.

Comprehensive Wellness Approach

With qualified yoga and rehab specialists we offer a holistic approach to heath and wellbeing. Our expertise in myofascial release and trigger point therapy allows us to target specific areas of the body, relieving tension and promoting optimal function.

NDIS Personal Training Specialists

In addition to our personal training services, we have a special focus on training clients with Autism and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

We understand the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with these conditions and our NDIS personal training methods are tailored to support their goals and enhance their quality of life.
